Why am I interested in human resources?

This stems from my profound reflection and love for people and organisations' relationships.
Throughout my growth process, I have continuously developed a strong interest in the interaction between people and organisational operations. I have found that an organisation's success depends on human resource management. This is not only about recruiting, training, and motivating employees but also about creating a good work environment, establishing a positive corporate culture, and attracting, retaining, and motivating talents.
My interest in human resources stems from my curiosity and respect for human nature. Everyone has unique skills, backgrounds, values, and dreams. As a human resources professional, I hope to understand each employee's needs and desires and create a work environment that can fully unleash their potential.
In addition, I also recognise the importance and challenges of the human resources field. With the development of society and the advancement of technology, human resource management is also constantly changing and developing. I hope to continuously improve my abilities through learning and practice and contribute positively to future human resource management.
